HTC One (2014) release date
HTC's flagship handset launch announcements have often come around February. This was usually to coincide with Mobile World Congress, held annually in Barcelona, but in recent times HTC has been holding device-specific launch events.
The HTC One was launched on 19 February 2013, a week before MWC 2013. Initally, we expected a similar timeframe for the HTC M8, but with no invitations sent out, there's no time to fit in an event.
The HTC One replacement will be announced on 25 March at a launch event in London and New York. HTC has issued invitations to the event where the M8 is expected to be formally announced. Tweeting the news, HTC simply said "The best is about to get better".
